I ride in busy traffic in Vietnam and in a country where road users depend on horns to be seen this horn has already been a lifesaver for me. It gets people's attention who are coming from every direction.
Very loud horn. Only used for test purposes but im sure people will hear it.
Plenty of mounting options. Ive gone down the Velcro Route. Fingers crossed it holds.
Daumen hoch.
This was exactly what I needed on my EUC.
I attached it with the Velcro and it just works.
I would love a few more sounds but that's just a small thing.
It works as advertised. Wish it had more tones. The tone which I thought would be most useful, the "chirp". Is not audible in a manner that allows for a sense a direction from which it comes. People look left, right, but not behind. I'm trying out the horn like "buzz" to see if I get a better response. Otherwise, an amazing tool for an EUC.
This was my second PidZoom finger horn. First I had the PF60. Worked great until the bracket on the back broke. Customer service was quick and helpful and gave me a refund so I could try the PF30. I was hoping since the PF30 is lighter, it wouldn’t get jarred as much from the impact of riding down stairs and jumping up curbs which is what I believe caused the PF60 bracket to break. The PF30 didn’t have a bracket attachment, but had a piece the horn clips into with an adhesive pad on the back. I attached it using the adhesive pad, and the entire until fell off on my first ride (not even riding aggressively, just on a slightly bumpy dirt road). I realized the horn was gone when I arrived at my destination and tried to arm the alarm. I was able to locate it on my return trip, but it had been run over while in the road and no longer functioned. The horns themselves work great, and I really appreciated the alarm feature, but I have given up on trying to attach one to an EUC. The PF60 could be a good option if they switch out the cheap plastic bracket for a metal bracket, otherwise I think these horns are better suited for scooters and bikes than they are EUCs with no handlebars to easily attach them to.
I bought this horn which unfortunately only worked twice, it's not serious, it can happen but what's a shame is that despite two messages to Pidzoum, I never got a response. So it's not very good. Sorry
Looking for a longer range bell. Many traditional bells didn't have the punch, so I added this to my bike and now people have a little more time to react to the oncoming situation. Also, I like changing to a different tone for when I'm on the roads. Tried many other bells and buzzers, this is the one!
I love how instant it is,, no delay,, that's so important! and well,, everything really,, lol. The size, the finger buttom, all the different mountings, I hav it on my belt right now because I'm still riding my V11, but I plan to mount it to my Master V4 soon! Or I might keep it on my belt because it fits so perfect! Oh and I love the choice of sounds and volume!! And the alarm!! Wonderful job guys,, TANX!
I loved the PIDZOOM horn, the sticky tape is absolutely useless.
I used it to place the horn on the unicycle and it fell off during the first ride and had to buy a replacement.
Do not bother supplying the sticky tape. More people will lose their purchase.
A very effective safety measure to get someone's attention in a hurry. We seem to be a little invisible on an EUC. A quick toot of the horn cures that. It is, like everything else PIDZOOM makes, robust and well designed.
When are you guys going to start making EUCs?
The horn is small enough to fit on an EUC and is very effective at getting the attention of pedestrians and other cyclists. I highly recommend this horn.
I have purchased a couple horns and a couple of helmet mirrors from Pidzoom. Pidzoom really has the riders in mind when they develop their items. I couldn't be happier with there products and there customer service is second to none.
Great horn with a big problem! The battery! I have the latest version and the battery drains very very fast! It will last for a few days and then when you press the horn button nothing comes out. This is bad! Also, I had it fully charged and did not use it for an entire week. I plugged my charger in to it to see if it needed any charge and the charge indicator was blinking on the first bar, this means that in one week of not being used that the battery was almost dead! You have to do something about this!
